The Potters feel strongly that the performing arts contribute to civil society and to quality of life in general, enhancing individual understanding and promoting independent thought. The Foundation supports a range of London-based organisations and one in New York City. The foundation tends to provide small grants for its funding in the arts; it is not a primary area of focus.
